Setting Up Optional Integrations

There are some services that require you to provide your authorization in order for Dine Local to connect with them to support your restaurant. We value your security, so we use highly secure Oauth integrations with key partners to protect your login and password and only give Dine Local access to the specific services and capabilities we need while protecting the rest of your account.

Current Integrations Available:

• Google My BusinessOur Google My Business integration allows Dine Local to do two key things with your My Business profile:
  1. Hours SyncEvery night, Dine Local will update Google with your current restaurant hours, including any special hours or holidays you have set in the system. No more having to remember to update Google when you have a planned down day or special holiday hours, we'll take care of it all for you.
  2. Reviews ManagementDaily Dine Local will pull the latest Google Reviews for your business profile and provide you an email notification when you receive a new review. You can then review and respond to that review directly from within Dine Local including by using our AI response tool which will help you craft a professional response to even the most negative customer reviews.
• MailChimpDine Local allows you to connect your MailChimp account and we will automatically send customer information for customers who place an order with your restaurant to MailChimp so you can use them in your ongoing email marketing campaigns. Note: you should treat all emails added as having inferred permission to email with an expiry date on that approval, however you are required to maintain your own CanSpam audit records for regulatory compliance. If you have a Dine Local powered website, your MailChimp integration will add a modal newsletter signup window as well that provides explicit permission to those who subscribe for updates.
• InstagramIf you are a subscriber with a Dine Local powered website, you can link your Instagram page to your Dine Local website which will add an embedded feed to your home page with your latest Instagram posts which automatically updates with your latest posts.

Managing Your Integrations:

To set up and manage the status of the integrations for your restaurant, visit the Integrations Launchpad page by visiting the Onboarding -> Integration Launchpad option in the left menu when logged into the admin panel with your manager account.
